Revitalization Projects
IAS is pleased to announce our recent engagement to serve
as the relocation consultant to the City of Coatesville's
Redevelopment Authority. The City of Coatesville, located
in Chester County, is currently undertaking a $700 million
revitalization project designed to upgrade the downtown
district to attract new businesses, jobs and improve housing
conditions. The overall project consists of several key
phases requiring the acquisition of both residential and
commercial properties that will require the displacement
