15th Street Extension & SR 0322 RelocationState Route
0322 Sections A03, C08 & C09
Located in the Township of Decatur, Clearfield County, and Township of Rush
and Borough of Philipsburg, Centre County
A conditional clearance has been received to advance the project to the scheduled
December 18, 2003 construction letting date.
The PA Department of Transportation has scheduled improvements for existing S.R. 0322 by
widening
and relocating the roadway which will remove traffic from Philipsburg Borough. The
construction will involve approximately 1.45 miles of two-lane highway. Numerous
intersections and municipal roadways are to be improved in conjunction with the project.
There are 63 parcels that have been affected by the project, with 77 total claims and
approximately 21 total displacements resulting. Right-of-Way acquisition has been completed.
Construction activities are projected to be
