As part of economic development efforts, IAS is providing
appraisal and relocation services to the RAAC. The Cochrandale
project, located in the City of Duquesne, will be the
first of the relocation projects undertaken. Appraisal
and appraisal review activities have been ongoing for
the the Braddock and Steel Valley projects. For additional
