Yellow Creek Bridge Project
State Route 3035 Section 450
Located in the Borough of Homer City in Indiana County
The PA Department of Transportation intends to replace the structure that traverses the
Yellow Creek by the fall of 2006. Nine (9) parcels are to be affected by construction
without any displacements expected although personal property moves may be necessary.
IAS received Notice to Proceed in May 2005 and is to provide Right of Way clearance by
December 2005 to allow for a Spring 2006 construction letting. Construction activities
are projected to continue through Fall of 2006. For more detailed information regarding
