We currently employ over 25 qualified right of way negotiators
with an average of 20 years experience acquiring property
rights, through both settlement and Eminent Domain, for
projects implemented under the provisions of the:
- Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (Title 49 Code of Federal
Regulations Part 24)
- Federal Highway Administration

Appraisal Services
|
Our staff of 7 generally certified appraisers are members
of professional organizations, such as the Appraisal Institute
and the American Society of Appraisers, and are currently
licensed in Florida, Louisianna, New Jersey, Pennsylvania,
and West Virginia. This talented group is capable of:
- Providing valuations and independent fee appraisal reports
- Providing expert witness testimony
- Administering the appraisal procurement process
- Conducting feasibility studies (including: cost-estimating corridors and alternative routes)
- Writing Appraisal Problem Analyzes
- Reviewing appraisal reports to determine compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal
Practice, Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition, and related State and Acquiring Agency
regulations

Relocation Assistance |
In addition to providing real property acquisition,
our universal agents provide all necessary relocation
activities to guarantee that parcels are vacated in accordance
with your construction-letting schedule. By teaming with
IAS, your agency can rest assured that all project displacees
will each receive all required written notices of vacate
dates and benefit entitlements as prescribed by the Uniform
Relocation Act according to your agency's operating procedures.
